Open to youth in grades 9-12 at the time of the event.
The application process is on 4HConnect and open April 1 and will close at midnight April 24. An interview selection of delegates will be made from the applicants and will be announced by April 30th. Interviews will be conducted during Texas 4-H Roundup on June 11 in College Station. Specific interview information will be distributed to those selected.
