The Texas 4-H Leadership Conference, also known as ‘The Record Book Trip’ is a recognition event for senior level 4-H members (grades 9-12) who have placed first at the state level in one of the 4-H Record Book categories. The trip is organized and chaperoned by the Texas 4-H Youth Development Program. Youth have the opportunity to tour our Nation’s Capital-Washington D.C. while learning about leadership, citizenship and community service.
