REPORTS
Standard and Custom Reports are the two report types available in 4HOnline.
CUSTOM
The Custom Reports screen allows managers to create reports. Managers may determine the columns that will appear, filter, and sort the data. Custom Reports can be downloaded in PDF and Excel formats, and can be used to send a broadcast email to the members included in the report results. The main area for county offices is the Custom Reports link on the main left-side navigation menu and within the specific events.

STANDARD
Standard reports displayed are fully controlled by 4HOnline developers. These reports are in two main categories – ES237(Annual Program Report) and Financial. The ES237 reports are named for a discontinued annual federal report. Most of the reports in this area have now been renamed to Annual Program Report and will still contain that historical way of calculating totals. This is helpful in keeping consistency through the years in 4HOnline. The financial guides are clickable but are mainly for state office usage so no guides are available.
VALIDATION FOR ANIMALS
The guides provided will help with the county functions for reviewing entries, searching and viewing statuses. Only Horse and Dog animals are validated through 4HOnline.
