Event Information
National 4-H Week is celebrated annually during the first full week of October to recognize the impact of 4-H, the nation’s largest youth development program. The week rallies millions of youth, volunteers, and alumni to showcase how 4-H helps young people build leadership, life skills, and career readiness through hands-on learning in areas like agriculture, STEM, healthy living, and civic engagement. Communities across the country host events, share stories, and participate in themed activities—such as “Go Green” and “4-H for Good”—to highlight the positive difference 4-H makes in preparing youth to be “Beyond Ready” for the future.
