Texas 4-H Council

The Texas 4-H Council is the state leadership team that is elected through a election process at the district level. Each of these 4-H members represents the state 4-H program throughout the year at many different events such as livestock shows, banquets, Texas 4-H Roundup, and Texas 4-H Congress.

To become a delegate to Texas 4-H Council, a member must have been elected either President, 1st Vice-President or Delegate at Large of the District Council. Contact your county Extension agent for information about serving in these roles.

Texas 4-H Council Members

The Texas 4-H Youth Development Program has complete records of names for each Texas 4-H Council from 1964 to the current Council. We are always wanting to keep our records current on where former members are and what they are doing. If you know someone that was on Texas 4-H Council before 1964, please e-mail us their name and the year they served along with contact information if possible. If you were on a former Texas 4-H Council and you have not been in contact with Texas 4-H lately, let us know. E-mail us and give us your current contact information (don’t forget to include the year you were on Council).
