Celebrate the centennial

PROGRAM PLANNING

These meetings are intended to provide agents with feedback and direction on program plans for the coming year.  Agents should come to these meetings will fully-drafted plans in order to make the time effective.  Plans included in this review include outcome, output, individual development, and organizational support plans.

Benchmark Dates
  • July to December - Local committee planning activities
  • Aug to September - Agent/Specialist interaction and planning
  • September - Planning retreats with RPDs and DEAs/CEDs
  • October - Program planning conferences with RPDs
  • November - Revised plans approved
  • December 1 - All plans must be approved by this date
  • December 15 - All Outcome Summaries
