Output Plans
Option A. Contains five different 4-H management and oversight output plans. It is categorized based on project content type. More specifics are noted below:

This plan includes the overall management of a county 4-H Program. It contains 60 tasks that include 4-H enrollment, event management, club management trainings, monthly club meetings, youth boards, record books, and 4-H marketing.

This plan includes 18 tasks associated with leadership topics in the 4-H Program. These tasks include: 4-H Council, 4-H adult leader meetings, leadership lab, and club office trainings.

This plan includes 20 tasks that outline consumer and family sciences programs and project support. These include consumer decision making, fashion show, project trainings, and competitive event management on this topic.

This plan includes 20 tasks that outline healthy lifestyles 4-H programs and project support. These include nutrition quiz bowl, food challenge, county food show workshop, and task force /committee meetings.

Youth Animals (Livestock) MP A (Goal 7) – Plan #188310This plan includes 33 tasks that deal with the livestock projects. Tasks deal with livestock shows, project trainings, volunteer trainings, and validation.
Option B. Groups 4-H program management and implementation into three categories. These include administration, support of 4-H leadership concepts, and project & curriculum support. More specifics are noted below:

This plan includes the overall management of a county 4-H Program. It contains 55 tasks that include 4-H enrollment, event management, club management trainings, record books, monthly club meetings, 4-H marketing, and livestock validation.

This plan includes 20 tasks associated with leadership topics in the 4-H Program. These tasks include: 4-H Council, 4-H adult leader meetings, leadership lab, and club officer trainings.

This plan includes tasks associated with projects and curriculum from a more broad scale. Tasks include: participation in livestock shows, Roundup activities (county, district, state), and school curriculum, and specific project support.
Option C. This is an output management plan that is inclusive of almost all 4-H events and activities that would take place in a county.

Adopting this plan will allow you to see over 120 tasks that you would need to report to in an effort to effectively manage the county 4-H program. You would not need to adopt any other model plans related to 4-H management.
